Yoga and Ayurveda Meditation Retreat

The aim of this retreat is to combine the benefits of Yoga and Ayurveda practices so you can experience a true inner balance. Start your day with an early morning Meditation and Pranayama, then cleanse your body with organic tea, followed by selected yoga Asanas for recharging your body and mind. We also introduce yogic concepts during our daily talks to awaken body, mind and senses and after an Ayurvedic consultation, we offer 3 relaxed Ayurveda massages with pure traditional oils. Our vegetarian breakfast and dinner are made in a traditional and organic way.

Program includes: accommodation, 1 yoga classes per day, daily meditation, Ayurvedic consultation, 3 days 60 minutes traditional Ayurvedic massage, organic vegetarian breakfast including herbal tea and local seasonal fruits
